The full NetherOps framework — the doctrine, the spine, the agent specs, the sovereignty map — describes a control system that's substantially bigger than the OpptyCon product today. That's deliberate: the framework is the IP, the product is one expression of it. This page makes the gap honest.
The product as of May 2026. Live in the app, used by buyers, generating decisions.
AE Hiring Plan · Marketing Plan (Inverse Waterfall) · AE Quota Benchmarks in Global Drivers · plus engine fixes for year-target back-solve and pipeline-coverage-by-quarter. Eight persona views now (added PE View). See the rows below.
| Capability | Status | What it does |
|---|---|---|
| 8 Persona Views | Shipped | CFO, CEO, CRO, CMO, VC, PE, Board, RevOps — each surfaces 5 first-5-min questions tuned to the persona. PE view added with FCF/EBITDA + exit multiple math. |
| AE Hiring Plan NEW | Shipped | The capacity bridge — today's AE roster → target AEs needed to land the plan. Cohort ramp math, hire-lead-time, realistic-attainment lever. Surfaces month-by-month productive capacity vs required, peak gap, months-in-deficit, cumulative comp burn. The "you don't have 18 AEs today" diagnostic. |
| Marketing Plan (Inverse Waterfall) NEW | Shipped | Kellogg-inspired: target revenue → required inquiries via the 5-stage funnel. Per-stage sensitivity (±5pp) shows which conversion assumption is load-bearing. Quarterly distribution with NORAM seasonality. Names what marketing actually has to produce instead of generic "MQL goals." |
| AE Quota Benchmarks NEW | Shipped | Compact helper in Global Drivers → Sales section. Cyber-specific segment bands: SMB $600K–$1.0M, Mid-Market $800K–$1.2M, Enterprise $1.0M–$1.5M, Strategic $1.5M–$3.0M, Federal $1.2M–$2.5M. One-click apply. Sources: Bridge Group, Pavilion, RepVue, Kellblog, SaaS Capital. |
| 6 Governance Domains | Shipped | P&L, Stage Definitions, ICP, Coverage, Attribution, Forecast — prioritized verdicts (critical / warning / healthy). |
| Multi-year Glideslope | Shipped | 1-3 year ARR projection with Y2 growth + conversion lift inputs, NORAM seasonality. Year targets now back-solve from target exit ARR (fixed 2026-05-23) — no more Y2 overshoot. |
| Phase-shifted Funnel | Shipped | SQO and MQL lead-quarter modeling — Q4 spend → Q1 pipeline → Q3 close. |
| 3-Motion Mix | Shipped | CREATE / CONVERT / ACCELERATE allocation with channels inside each motion, per-motion ROI signals. |
| Horizon Planner + Lever Ladder | Shipped | Time-bounded target feasibility (e.g. $5M → $20M in 18 months). Velocity-required vs bench-can-produce, lever ladder to close the gap. Now surfaced in CFO/CRO/CMO/PE/Board persona views. |
| Phase 0 — CRM Readiness | Shipped | 15-question A-F diagnostic across foundation / pipeline integrity / attribution / forecasting. |
| Data Confidence Callout | Shipped | Flags when too many hard-to-measure inputs are still at module defaults — output is then directional, not forecast. |
| Calendar-anchored Labels | Shipped | Every month/quarter/year shows real dates anchored to a Plan Start Date (no more abstract "Q1 / Y2"). |
| Onboarding → Persona Routing | Shipped | First-run wizard asks role, then routes to that persona's view on plan activation. |
Concrete near-term builds, sequenced by leverage and dependency. These map directly to claims on the doctrine pages.
| Build | Status | Why first |
|---|---|---|
| Provenance logging | Roadmap | The largest single unbuilt claim on /provenance and foundational to every other agent claim. Cheap to start, unlocks everything downstream. |
| Customer Health surface | Roadmap | NRR + churn-prob + expansion-prob as first-class inputs feeding a "Retention & Expansion" view. Maps to /spine-v4's Customer Health Agent claim. CFOs and CROs ask for this directly. |
| Velocity as diagnostic | Roadmap | Promote the Velocity module from "display median days per stage" to "flag stalls vs benchmarks." Closes the velocity-as-diagnostic claim from /spine-v4. |
| Motion taxonomy resolution | Roadmap | Doctrine says 7 motions, split-funnel says 7 lanes, product uses 3 motions. Three taxonomies for one concept. Pick one and use it everywhere. |
| Field Audit module (v1) NEW · QUEUED | Roadmap | 50-field SFDC/HubSpot attribution + pipeline hygiene checklist across Contact / Lead / Deal objects. Yes/Partial/No/Don't-know per field, weighted scoring, A-F grade per object, ranked "top 8 fields to fix" output. Cyber-specific value: cyber companies have notoriously bad field hygiene because long cycles + complex buying committees break standard attribution. |
| Build | Status | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| Dual probability model (P_base × P_accel) | Roadmap | Research → MVP in the Pipeline module. Maps to /spine-v4's core mechanic. Significant work. |
| BDR bifurcation | Roadmap | Split SDR count into Cold Prospecting + Signal Interception pools. Feeds Coverage agent + Pipeline math. |
| Identity Graph primitive | Roadmap | Light version — canonical lead/account IDs in the data ingestion adapter. Foundation for the account-atomic refactor. |
| SPI + Revenue Density as first-class metrics | Roadmap | The lexicon names these as anchor metrics; OpptyCon doesn't compute either today. |
| Field Audit module (v1.1) NEW · QUEUED | Roadmap | "What this costs you" layer on Field Audit — for each missing field, name the downstream consequence ("Without HIRO Date, your pipeline coverage is directional only"). Suggested workflows per field (lock vs update, source-of-truth rules). PDF export. Depends on v1. |
Things on the framework pages that aren't on the near-term build queue. They remain the IP horizon — they tell the story of where the property is going.
| Doctrine claim | Status | Source page |
|---|---|---|
| Full 11-agent registry | Research | /spine-v4 |
| Control plane primitives (4 layers) | Research | /agent-specs |
| 8-layer infrastructure stack | Research | /infrastructure |
| Account-atomic data model | Research | /identity-graph |
| Territory + Pod architecture | Research | /spine-v4 |
| Sovereignty Stack adjudicator | Research | /sovereignty-map |
| 7-lane motion model with lane-level KPIs | Research | /split-funnel-map |
| Read/Recommend/Write agent progression | Research | /agent-specs |
The /lexicon page retires terms OpptyCon is built on: MQL, Funnel, Attribution, Demand Gen, Lead, CPL, ROI, Awareness. Replacements named: APS, Acquisition Lanes, Stage Ledger, Provenance, Account, Cost per Lane Outcome, SPI delta.
Both are correct in their context: the lexicon names where the framework is going; OpptyCon uses the terms every buyer's CRM is built on. The lexicon page now carries a transitional-status callout acknowledging this. As the framework matures, the product evolves with it.
v1 of the public roadmap, written 2026-05-22 after a doctrine-vs-product audit. Last updated 2026-05-23 — added AE Hiring Plan, Marketing Plan (Inverse Waterfall), AE Quota Benchmarks, eighth persona view (PE), engine fixes (year-target back-solve, pipeline-coverage-by-quarter), and the Field Audit module to the build queue (v1 weeks 2-4, v1.1 months 2-3). Full audit document (with the bidirectional gap analysis, the three strategic paths, and decision-level open items) lives in the OpptyCon repo at docs/ROADMAP.md.
